TERMS & CONDITIONS:
Payment Terms:
All customers are required to prepay for orders including estimated freight and set up charges if applicable. No C.O.D.’s. Orders are not placed into production until payment has been received and art work has been approved. We will receive only Online payments, checks, cash or money orders made to Promo Sauce. Returned checks will incur a $25 charge.
Cancellations:
All cancellations must be in writing and e-mailed to Promo Sauce as soon as possible. NO VERBAL CANCELLATIONS WILL BE ACCEPTED. This reduces additional charges incurred, such as art, screen & production charges, materials & labor. All costs incurred prior to order cancellation will be invoiced. A 15% restocking fee may apply.
Claims and Returns:
ALL CLAIMS MUST BE MADE IN WRITING WITHIN 10 DAYS FROM RECEIPT OF DELIVERY. We reserve the right to inspect actual damaged goods, if any credits are to be given. Shipments returned without written consent from Promo Sauce will be refused and shipping charges will be at the expense of the sender.
Trademark Usage:
All copy or other material submitted by the customer for use by us in producing the items ordered will be accepted by us as being submitted in full compliance with all applicable laws regarding trademark, service mark, copyright, right of privacy, patent, or similar protection. Copy and trademarks illustrated in our catalog & advertising are used to demonstrate product imprinting. This does not constitute endorsement by any company of our product line.
Production Time:
Normal production time is 7-10 working days after we receive final proof approval and prepayment. In some cases production time may be longer. 100% of prepayment is required to begin production. Allow extra time for shipments during the Holiday seasons. If an order is needed in less than 7 days, a rush charge may apply. Please contact us in advance if you need rush services.
Shipping:
Shipping times will vary depending on manufacturer location and shipping method. We will not be responsible for lost or damaged goods shipped. If you experience breakage, we can initiate a claim, but you must retain the original package at the original delivery location for possible carrier inspection. Claims for damage must be filed within 10 days of shipment or no consideration will be given.
Minimum Quantities:
Most orders require a minimum quantity to be met. If ordering under minimum quantity, additional charges may occur.
Set Up Charges:
Most orders require a set up charge. If a set up charge is required it will be added to the total cost of the order before shipping and taxes if applicable.
Quality:
Quality control standards are maintained on all products. Due to inherent properties of glass, ceramic, metal and plastic, imperfections may be evident from time to time and do not diminish the effectiveness or appeal of the product. Variations in materials, printing or etching processes, firing temperatures, glaze and imprint pigments may result in variances in color and appearance with products, which is considered acceptable. Slight variations and tiny perfections are not considered flaws. There may be slight differences in diameter, height and other dimensions in all products. These conditions are within acceptable industry standards.
